This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms & Conditions.

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping times range from 2 to 5 business days within the UK.
Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days.

All orders placed before 2pm GMT (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship across the United Kingdom and select European Union countries.

Shipping to countries outside the UK and EU is not available at this time.
Please note: Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs or import-related fees in their respective countries.

Please Note: During peak seasons and promotional sales events, order processing times may be temporarily delayed due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order using the tracking information provided via email after dispatch.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.

TAXES & DUTIES

United Kingdom:
VAT is included in all listed product prices and applied automatically at checkout.

European Union:
Import duties and VAT are not included in the item price. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Free standard UK shipping on orders over £75.00

  • For orders under £75.00, a standard shipping rate of £4.99 applies

  • Express delivery is available at £7.95

  • EU orders are subject to calculated shipping fees and applicable customs
