Standard 2-5 Day Shipping within UK £6.99
Express 1-2 Shipping within UK £9.95

Beauty Boutique provides 2–5 business day shipping as a standard option on all merchandise orders.
All orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday will be shipped the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm GMT Monday–Thursday will be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed after 2pm GMT on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Scotland, Northern Ireland & Remote Areas

We now ship to all areas of the UK, including Scotland, Northern Ireland, and remote regions.
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on local services.

PO Boxes

If you are shipping to a UK PO Box, we offer Royal Mail First Class or Tracked delivery options.

BFPO (British Forces Post Office)

Standard shipping to BFPO addresses is via Royal Mail First Class or Tracked services.
Due to military handling times, delivery to some destinations may take up to 3 weeks.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you ship to a parcel forwarding company, Beauty Boutique is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs after the item is delivered to the forwarding address.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged after delivery to a third-party service.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.

 

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses within a single order.
If you need to send to more than one location, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Business Days & Holidays

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or the following UK public holidays:

Tracking Orders

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once shipped, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details and a direct link to the courier website.
